- 1/2 cup Softened Butter
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- Cinnamon Sugar
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Now, add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Add the salt, baking powder, and flour till a dough forms. Refrigerate dough for one hour.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line 1 cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Next, make your cookie balls and place them on the cookie sheet.
- Bake 8-10 minutes, or until slightly golden. Remove from oven and set aside to cool for 5 min.
- Enjoy! Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar for additional sweetness.

1 cup All-Purpose Flour
¾ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ cup Chocolate Chips/Chunks
1 cup Canned Coconut Milk
Whisk flour, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl. Set aside.
In a separate bowl whisk butter and brown sugar vigorously for 1 minute
Whisk in coconut milk and vanilla extract into butter and sugar mixture.
Add wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, and stir with a large spoon until nicely mixed.
Add chocolate chips/chunks into dough and mix nicely.
Chill dough in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour. This will make it easier to scoop, and your cookies will keep their shape while baking. (This dough can be made and kept in the fridge for 7 days.)
Grease the baking sheet with oil well, and make 10-12 balls, and place on sheet.
Bake the cookies at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 8 minutes, or until the edges are set and cookies begin to turn golden brown throughout.
Once out of the oven, let the cookies cool for 5 minutes and then eat! Store in an airtight container for about up to 3 days.

- 1/4 cup Softened Butter
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Dark Chocolate Chunks
- Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder in a medium bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk butter and sugar until creamy and smooth. Add milk and vanilla extract.
- Combined dry ingredients and wet ingredients together until dough forms.
- Add dark chocolate chunks to dough.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line 1 cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Make your cookie balls, and bake for 14 minutes.
